Top 5 TV comedies
Hi everyone. Just finished the TV series Party Down and wanted to share my list of my top 5 TV comedies. All of the shows must fit in the 30 minute time slot and be live-action. These are shows I can watch over and over and still thoroughly enjoy and savor the laughs. 5. Party Down There are a lot of stories out there about trying to make it big Hollywood. Personally I'm kind of tired of Hollywood self-reflexive nature. I think they take the saying "write what you know" too seriously. However Party Down is not all about trying to make it in Hollywood. The protagonist Adam Scott gave up on Hollywood a while ago and is settling into a mundane life of bartending at what has to be the worst catering company ever. The staff is rude, crude and hilarious. The show adequately portrays the shallow and malignant underside of Hollywood without being preachy. Party Down has a humorous cast and great guest stars throughout it's two seasons. 4. Flight of the Conchords The
