I realized later that I left off "Mortal Kombat" (which I actually enjoyed quite a bit) and "Nobody" (not sure where they would fit but they would be on her somewhere)
I just finished a two week ceramics workshop at Anderson Ranch in Snowmass, Colorado. It was awesome, I was working for 9-12 hours in clay a day and had lots of fun. My instructor, Michael Sherrill was a great guy and I learned a lot from him. Here is his website. http://www.ferringallery.com/dynamic/artist.asp?ArtistID=107 Here are some pics of the class and the scenery and some of the work.
Hi guys, So I found some old toy trucks in my garage a few months ago and really liked them. They are probably from the 1950s and are made out of withstanding metal. These trucks aren't like the cheap plastic child-safe crap that they have today. They are intricate and have sharp corners and are rusty but are made to last. They have personality and I decided to make them in transformers. Here are some pictures of the original toys and their transforming counterparts:
Hi everyone, I had the opportunity to attend a workshop at Anderson Ranch in Snowmass Village, CO. The workshop was taught by amazing artist Debra Fritts and was about creating work based on the human form. It was and intense workshop where we were working 10 hours a day in clay. I loved it and created some great work. Check it out below.
